Love a good Halloween mani.
One of my favorite Halloween traditions is my Halloween manicure. Every fall, I rock a Halloween-themed manicure. Sometimes I go all out, sometimes I go chic and simple. I mean, so festive and fun right? Let’s take a look at some of my oh so Halloweenie nails I’ve rocked in the past.
The Chic And Simple Mani:
K, so above is my current Halloween mani situation. It’s simple, but still screams Halloween. I’m usually a square-shaped nails gal, but I decided to go with the oval shape for more of a witchy feel. I’m surprisingly LOVING the oval nails, I may actually keep them oval for a while. I’ve received tons and tons of compliments on my mani this year, sometimes simple is the way to go, ya know? I’m wearing all OPI gel, OPI has always been my favorite polish.
The Nightmare Before Christmas Mani:
Next, The Nightmare Before Christmas mani! This mani is one of my all time favs. I mean, how cute is it?! I’m a HUGE Disney girl, love love love all things Disney, so going with The Nightmare Before Christmas was right up my alley. This totally reminds me of The Haunted Mansion at Disneyland. Oh, and if you haven’t been to Micky’s Halloween Party yet, you have to go! There’s nothing like feeling like a kid again at Disneyland.
The Frankenstein Mani:
The Frankenstein mani, another favorite! I felt really creative with this one. Instead of decals, I wanted it to feel like Frankenstein with a twist, and I came up with this! Still festive, but not cheesy festive.
PS- If you’re looking to have a fun mani, but can do without all the extra- go with OPI Lincoln Park After Dark, it’s always a go-to for me. It’s the perfect combination of black and deep purple. Trust me on the one, you can’t go wrong with it.
So tell me, are you wearing your Halloween mani? Will you re-create any of the manicures in this post? If so, please, please show me your festive nails on IG!
I’ll be carving pumpkins, baking pumpkin seeds ( maybe add a dash of coconut sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg ) and feeling extra witchy this Friday night. Cheers to having a spooky Halloween weekend, boo! Eat, drink and be scary.
